directions Remove the earplugs from their case. Roll down the earplug gently between your fingers. Reach over your head and pull up on your outer ear to straighten the ear canal. Insert the earplug into your ear canal and hold in place for a moment. Once in place, release your outer ear and allow the earplug to expand for a secure fit. To remove, gently twist and pull out the earplug. Clean the earplugs with warm soapy water and allow to dry before storing in the case.
