I bought the other kind of clover hook and didn't take to it. Felt a bit square. These have a nicely rounded 'back' and flat thumb side. Equally comfy pencil or knife grip, I highly recommend these sort of hooks for smaller sizes, I could crochet faster and for longer in comfort. Will be converting all my 'sock' hooks to this range for sure.
