Using this to support a Sony A7r iii with a 16-35mm zoom lens which is pretty heavy and it handles this load easily. The main telescoping shafts are heavy metal and interlock very well. The twist locks are well built and hold. Comes with some cable guides that clip onto the shaft and do a good job of securing wires. Only complaint is that the minimum height supported is a little too high. Would like to see a version that is 6” shorter at it’s lowest setting.

You're definitely paying the Elgato tax for what essentially is a stick with a desk clamp. However, it's well built, and I have 3 of them so far. Two are for lights, and one for my webcam. All of them are solid and do a great job of staying in place. It does what it says in the description and it does it well.

I used this Elgato mount to install my Nebula Cosmos 4K projector. It is not rated to handle the weight in a wall-mount configuration (cantilevered off the wall). But, it is a sturdy mount and I am confident it will handle the projector weight hanging. I was able to sink 4 mounting screws into a stud (angling the screws slightly). Feels stable and allows for easy removal of the projector for cleaning etc.

I got these for use as better mounts for my VR tracking base stations and they were more rugged than I expected. Minus one star for not coming with mounting hardware (screws and drywall anchors).

Si estás harto de mover un trípode arriba y abajo esto puede ser tu solución. Viene sin tornillos (ahorrando estos de Elgato) pero se encuentran fácil y se monta en un momento.
