Useless and returns are a hassle.

This product does not work. It doesn’t dry down like it should or at least didn’t after 20 minutes. It peeled off but didn’t pull much out of the skin. Returning it is a hassle because you have to print off a return label and package it yourself. Why isn’t there just a regular QR code??

I thought this black mask was more like the masks that dry real hard and you pull off all the blackheads/dirt from your skin, but it's not. When you put it on it dries very thin and pulls out nothing. I just had to wash it off because it wasn't thick enough to pull. It's a good face wash that dries but definitely not a "pull-away" anything mask. I just didn't feel that it was effective for how it was described for your pores. It does feel nice on your skin and your face feels refreshed afterwards, but I'm not sure if it's doing anything.
