Decent product, but upkeep is a bit costly in time and money.

Bought this about nine months ago. The concept is good. It’s straightforward to clean, but the breakdown, cleaning and assembly take a little time (~15 minutes) once a week.Issue is that the filters (OEM or 3rd party) do not last long, at best two weeks. The filter clogs and the water flow slows to a trickle. This trickle is loud when it pours into the basin, and can be distracting. The cost of replacing the filters is exceeding the value of the product, so we’re not going to keep it.

My cat loves this fountain ! It was not working properly after about 5 months but contacted customer service and they sent out replacement pump and additional filters. customer service is above and beyond!

Easy to Clean

This is a great water dish for pets because it is easy to dismantle to clean. Even the pump cover can be removed to clean out any debris. My cats and dog love it and use it exclusively.

Another failure. The transformer overheats and the motor breaks down. This one lasted 10 minutes. Unrepairable. I will never purchase a pet fountain from you again.
