Very disappointed. Read the write and made sure it was compatible with my Sena 10U for Schubert helmet, it was able to sync with the unit but that was all. All the buttons did not work and I could not select any function, volume control etc.

Put on handle bar on March 23rd. Functions all worked as advertised. Helped controlling Sena 20s. Rode bike to work and back but no big trips. I cover bike when outside to keep sun off everything. Unit never exposed to elements except when riding. Came home May 5th as usual, went in house for a bit and came out to check on bike and found remote on the floor with silver hook, spring and hinge pin lying next to it. Plastic retainers for hinge pin broke.

I hated reaching for my helmet and blindly feeling for buttons. This remote is an awesome investment right on the hand grip of my bike. I wound up purchasing a "used" item and saved some money. The used one came to me in brand new condition. win win

Using with a 30K.The mounting clamp is spring loaded to grip the handlebars. So far I've mounted this on the right hand grip on the metallic band on the inner edge of the grip, and the left side of the handlebar just inside the controls housing. My bars are 1-1/4". It was not tight in either position. Didn't try the included rubber sleeve on the grip yet but don't think the clamp will open wide enough. I didn't like it on the grip because it forces the hand to be out about 1/2" farther out, making the squeeze on the brake lever more difficult for my arthritic hand. I will probably try to design and fab a little sheet metal bracket to hold it on the left edge of the left hand control housing.The user guide leaves much to be desired. Instructions are sketchy and don't say exactly what you should see or hear when pressing buttons. They don't mention that you also have to put the headset in pairing mode also to get them to initially pair.The functionality is as described in the guide.I had no trouble operating the buttons with bulky gloves on.
