This is Design 4 of our round silicone molds has been specifically designed to make the perfect stones for your art! No template included with this item. The diameter of the Art Stone Mold design #4 - 4.5 inches / 11.5cm wide, 1.5 inches / 3.5 cm tall. No need to worry about trying to find the centre either. All the hard work has already been done for you with a tiny centre mark to start your mandala built into the mold! Or, a light sand will remove it completely. So economical - make as many as you want with this reusable mold! Suitable of all sorts of stone art! I have made a youtube clip to demonstrate the process of making the art stones including how to make a tea light holder with them too! Making art stones is easy! The Process to make your art stones/rocks - You will need to purchase the gypsum powder or a casting powder separately to make your stones/rocks - I recommend using Ultracal 30 (highest strength gypsum - it is harder, heavier and better for painting than plaster of paris) - available online in most parts of the world but if you can't get it don't worry - just use a casting powder. Sorry I don't sell it. This mold uses 250grams or 9oz of Ultracal 30 powder per art stone made. Mix the Gypsum powder with water following the directions provided with the mixture. Pour into the mould. Wait approximately 6 hours or overnight. This is the fun bit! - Turn out your art stone/rock. It comes out beautifully smooth! Allow to dry properly for about one week. So much joy painting it!! There's a downloadable data sheet on my website with all the art stone dimensions and mixing quantities.
