Loose caps/lids can lead to the product drying out quicker than usual. 2.Store the eyeliner pen horizontally to allow for ever distribution of ink. 3.If you find that the eyeliner is dry on one side, this means that the ink within the pen has moved to one side (possibly because of storage) and can easily be resolved by storing the pen with the dry-side facing down (allowing the ink to move to dry side). 4.Do not leave the eyeliner exposed to sunlight or excessive heat for long periods of time as this will dry it out faster.
