For Heart Rate monitoring, I chose 'Intelligent monitoring' vs 'Real-time monitoring' -- the latter will consume more battery and not needed for me, and I also enabled 'High heart rate alert'Anything could be a bit better, at least for me: Blood Oxygen (spO2) would be nice if can be directly navigate on the watch the same way as Heart Beat or Stress -- currently you will need to go to 'Function' (press the button of the watch) in order to get to it. Also, battery wise, seemed to be like what the product says 7-10 days, but the 'wrist awake' and touch screen seemed not as responsive when the battery is about 20% left, so I rated the battery life as four starts. I haven't got to try the 'Sleep tracking' yet but will see how it goes.All in all, I gave it a 5-star rating - can't be wrong to buy this smart watch with such a great price! I bought my Fitbit wristband for $99 each for myself and my wife just about 2 years ago -- that just CANNOT be compared with this smart watch. Pour avoir déjà testé des montres du meme type, je dois dire que ce modele fait partie du haut de gamme. Toutes le fonctionnalités sont réunies . L'application Tozo Fit permet de suivre ses entrainements et piloter les fonctionalités de la montre. L'autonomie de la batterie (lorsque le controle de la frequence cardiaque n'est pas activé en permanence) est très bonne. Le tout pour un prix tres raisonnable. Je n'ai jamais été décu par la marque Tozo et cela se confirme avec cette montre

Ho provato questo prodotto per oltre un mese e mi sento di consigliarlo a tutte le persone che vogliono acquistare uno smartwatch con le principali funzioni di base senza spendere le cifre (fino a dieci volte tanto, quando non di più) che richiedono i top di gamma di altre marche.Innanzitutto lo smartwatch è leggero e si adatta bene al polso (il mio è di media grandezza).La cassa è di fattura tale per cui appare resistente oltre che bello esteticamente,Il display è ampio e muoversi fra le varie funzionalità risulta comodo e intuitivo.Altrettanto intuitiva, chiara e ben fatta è l'app TOZO FIT, utile e comoda da abbinare allo smartwach sia per regolarne le funzioni sia per visualizzare su uno schermo più ampio i dati archiviati.La durata della batteria è assolutamente apprezzabile e personalmente mi dura circa un'settimana facendone un uso costante e quotidiano.Ho provato tutte le funzionalità che offre, dal monitoraggio delle più comuni attività fisiche a quello del sonno, del battito cardiaco, stress e ossigenazione del sangue e i dati sono risultati essere a un livello di precisione soddisfacente.Per concludere, dunque, lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono avere uno smartwatch con cui prendere dimestichezza con le funzioni di base che tali dispositivi possono offrire, rimanendo comunque in una fascia di prezzo molto più contenuta rispetto ad altri modelli che - pur essendo per altri aspetti più sofisticati - richiedono anche un budget molto più alto.
